Welcome!We understand the importance of meal prepping to help you with your healthy living needs. At this time we offer 45 orders per week. Due to high demand there is a minimum purchase of 6 meals per order.

Thursday CutoffWe will disable ordering on Thursday evening or if we reach our maximum order quantity so please get your order in early.

Beef tenderloin cooked to medium served over a bed of mixed greens w/ Balsamic vinaigrette topped with sautéed mushrooms and onion and black olives.
Buffalo Boneless Wings$11.00 Add to cart
Cashew crusted chicken tossed in hot sauce and served over mixed greens with non dairy chili lime cashew ranch
Blackened Salmon Salad$12.00 Add to cart
Salmon served over mixed greens with avocado with cilantro lime vinaigrette.
“Big Mac” meets the “Whopper”$9.00 Add to cart
93% lean beef burger chargrilled to perfection over a bed of iceberg lettuce and topped with pickles, onions and sesame seeds with a size of thousand island dressing. Side of roasted pecans.
Chicken Cobb Salad$10.00 Add to cart
Chargrilled chicken served with cucumber, hard boiled egg, red onion, black olives, shredded carrot served over mixed greens lettuce with a red wine vinaigrette.
PICKUP TIME AND PLACE
Pickup times are always 10am-12pm the following Sunday after menu launches.

Preheat sauté pan on medium with a tablespoon of water. Place protein in pan, sear about 1-2 minutes on each side then remove. In same sauté pan heat vegetables for 1-2 minutes with a tablespoon of water.
Open box and sprinkle water over top then heat in microwave for 2-4 minutes depending on your microwave power.
Note: Please remove any and all plastic containers from box before heating in microwave.
