We understand the importance of meal prepping to help you with your healthy living needs.

A new menu will be posted here every Monday evening for you to order by 5pm EST. Ordering will shut down on Thursdays at 12PM!

Delivery radius extends 40 miles from Millville, New Jersey. Delivery takes place on Fridays or Saturdays depending on your location.

Shredder Meals (S) – Focus on High protein  Low carb Keto very strictly for weight loss.  vegetable and 6 oz lean portion of a meat, chicken or seafood – Focus on High protein  Low carb Keto very strictly for weight loss.  The Shredder meals will be made of the following

  • 550-750 calories 
  • 50-60 grams of protein  
  • 10-15 grams of healthy fat
  • 10-20 grams of carbs per meal

Elite Athlete Meals (EA) –  High Protein healthy fat  with added gluten free carbs to help energize all workout whole foods with no sugar added and made for Athletes that put in work.  ( Minimum of two workouts a day meals)

  • 700-900 Calories 
  • 60-80  grams of protein (Seafood 60  Chicken 70 Beef 80)  
  • 10-15 grams of healthy fat
  • 35-60 grams of carbs 

Vegan Meals (V) –  Gluten free healthy Vegan options no added sugar.  The standard meal will consist of the following.

  • 550-650 calories 
  • 20-45 grams of protein  (vegetable meals vs the tofu meals)
  • 35-55 grams of healthy fat
  • 30-70 grams of carbs ( vegetable meals vs the tofu meals )

Low Calorie (LC) – consists of a green vegetable and 4 oz lean portion of a meat, chicken or seafood – Focus on High protein  Low carb Keto very strictly for weight loss.

  • 450  calories or less
  • 50-60 grams of protein  
  • 3-5 grams of fat 
  • 2-5 grams of carbs

Reheating Instructions:

Stove Top:

Preheat sauté pan on medium heat with a tablespoon of water. Place protein in pan, sear about 1-2 minutes on each side, then remove. In the same sauté pan, heat vegetables for 1-2 minutes with a tablespoon of water.

Microwave:

Unpackage container and sprinkle water over top food. Heat in microwave for 2-4 minutes depending on your microwave power.

Note: Please remove all plastic containers from box before heating in microwave.
