Reheating Instructions:

Stove Top:

Preheat sauté pan on medium heat with a tablespoon of water. Place protein in pan, sear about 1-2 minutes on each side, then remove. In the same sauté pan, heat vegetables for 1-2 minutes with a tablespoon of water.

Microwave:

Unpackage container and sprinkle water over top food. Heat in microwave for 2-4 minutes depending on your microwave power.

Note: Please remove all plastic containers from box before heating in microwave.
